Ingredients
  • Nethili Fish – 1 Bowl (Cleaned)
  • Gram Flour – 3 table spoon
  • Corn Flour – 2 t spoon
  • Chili Powder – 1 table spoon (As need)
  • Cooking Soda – 1 Pinch
  • Salt & Water – As needed
  • Oil – For deep fry
Method
  • To make thick batter, mix gram flour, corn flour, chili powder, salt, cooking soda by using water in a bowl
  • Heat oil in kadai
  • Dip & coat the cleaned nethili fish in the batter and drop it into oil one by one. Don’t let the batter coat too thick
  • Deep fry the coated fish in medium flame till it becomes crisp and golden brown
  • Finally drain it in trace paper & transfer to serving plate
