For 250 grams of cleaned prawns

  1. 2 tablespoon of red chilly powder 
  2. 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
  4. Pinch of turmeric powder 
  5. Half tablespoon of chat powder or mango powder
  6. Salt to taste 
  7. Few drops of water
  8. Oil


Take the cleaned prawn drain them well from water. 

In a bowl add red chilly powder, little coriander powder, salt, tumeric powder, chat masala or mango powder mix altogether with very little amount of water.(Paste should be thick)

Now marinate cleaned prawns with ginger – garlic paste well.

Now again marinate prawns with above ingredients and leave it for 3 to 4 hours

Dip each prawn in hot oil, fry them well and serve it to your loved ones with green chutney….

Kids love these prawns…

(Since it’s kids recipe here I didn’t use cornflour or maida. If you want to add lemon juice instead of water, then chat powder or mango powder is not required….)
